Ashford and District at the relays!

Welcome!

Established in 1988, Ashford & District RRC is an inclusive running club open to adults of all abilities. The club is run entirely by volunteers, and all club funds are reinvested back into the club for the benefit of our members.

Ashford and District offers coached track training every Wednesday evening

Our HQ is located at Sandyacres Sports & Social Club in Kennington, where we meet to start evening runs twice a week. We also offer a coached track session on Wednesday evening. Please see the training section for full details.

We offer a wide variety of training options and events designed to cater for all abilities and all distance running.

We welcome applications for membership from all athletes from age 18+. It doesn't matter whether you’re just starting out or an experienced runner; we are inclusive for all.
